    Good recipes & nice organization

    Good recipes with simple ingredients presented in a friendly writing style. A good buy, but the cookbooks-on-nook experiment was not a successful one. I would love to have this - and any other cookbooks I want in future - on paper only; the electronic version (for me, anyway) is not practical in the kitchen.
