I'm quite dissappointed about this book. A lot of recipe contains sugar (or honey) and simple white flour. Maybe not too much, but contains. Also there are many recipes with starch (potato, peas) and milk. A person who has problem with insulin or who has diabetes should avoid that kind of ingredients. Maybe I'm too strict, but I don't find this cookbook too healthy.

The book is easy to read. It loaded with no problems and i can see all the recipes. This is the healthy start i need. Good book and healthy recipes!

I read this book and it does give information about glycemic, but I was hoping for more recipies. If you are new to the glycemic way of eating then this book may be for you. It just was not what I was expecting.

No problems with the recipes with this book. The food is great and the recipes have the nutritional values with them.

There is nothing in this book but blank windows where the recipies should be. All of the pages have nothing but blank windows on them. I wish there was a way to return it. I am seriously having some doubts about this entire ereader idea because there is no recourse when this happens.
