Jonsi's sense of what is appropriate where is amazing. It's genius On the surface it sounds like a pop album; but when I truly listen to it, I'm astounded by what's taking place. This album has such rich sound textures. This album has intense energies, yet playful energies. Its spiritual and playful. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. I am in love with Jonsi's new album. If you enjoy sigur ros's more upbeat stuff, you'll enjoy this.
I saw Jonsi play at Coachella this year (2010). That was the first time I had heard or seen his solo work and I went out and bought the CD right away.
