NEW EDITION, REVISED AND UPDATED

Why do some people achieve all their goals while others simply dream of having a better life? Bestselling author Brian Tracy shows that the path from frustration to fulfillment has already been discovered. Hundreds of thousands—even millions—of men and women have started with nothing and achieved great success. Here Tracy presents the essential principles you need to know to make your dreams come true.

Tracy presents a simple, powerful, and effective system for setting and achieving goals—a method that has been used by more than one million people to achieve extraordinary things. In this revised and expanded second edition he has added three new chapters addressing areas in which goals can be most rewarding but also the toughest to set and keep: finances, family, and health.
Using the twenty-one strategies Tracy outlines, you’ll be able to accomplish any goals you set for yourself—no matter how big. You’ll discover how to determine your own strengths, what you truly value in life, and what you really want to accomplish in the years ahead. Tracy shows how to build your self-esteem and self-confidence, approach every problem or obstacle effectively, overcome difficulties, respond to challenges, and continue forward toward your goals, no matter what happens. Most importantly, you’ll learn a system for achievement that you will use for the rest of your life.

This is the missing link to all my efforts

Great book. Gives great insight to the reader about him or herself so one can actually begin to see the opportunities that are possible for each and every one of us. It is a begining.

The best book I've read on the subject of achieving your goals

This is by far the best book I've read on the subject (including NLP). Brian Tracy pulls advice from a lot of different sources and gives you the best pieces from that material. This book is concerned with only the strategies that work.

    Helpful, Practical and Insightful

Pretty well everything by Brian Tracy can be summed up as a Masterpiece and it¿s no surprised he¿s the most sought after speaker in the business world. Tracy¿s message of clarity in what you¿re after, getting the right training and going for it not matter what is consistent in most of his programs. I found Goals to be more focused on setting targets which are measurable while achievable and outrageous at the same time. He makes too many references to list but quotes several of the great industrialists like Ford, Firestone, J.P. Morgan and so forth who started with little or no money and became the greatest of their industry simply because they made their dream happen through the detailed methods he discusses. Don¿t miss this or anything else Mr. Tracy does, as it¿s helped me in my business many times over. Also the statistical information he has is mind-blowing!

    Insightful!

The author grins, distinguished, gray-haired, gray-suited, from the dust jacket of this book, looking like everything a hokey, hustling confidence man should be. The book¿s subtitle, promising ¿everything you want,¿ seems designed to provoke skepticism. But, hey, it¿s the new age: give this the benefit of the doubt ¿ the confidence at stake here is yours. The core recommendation is simple and undeniably effective: define your goals, write them down, make a plan to achieve them and work on the plan every day. How could you fail if you really did this? Whether you would achieve ¿everything you want¿ is another matter, but you can¿t fault the method. Putting it to work is the hard part. To preview the gist of the book or review the meat of it, we recommend the convenient bullet charts that concisely repeat: take charge of your life, set goals, plan, implement and progress. If the message is repeated often enough, you might even write something down and just do it.
