This book was so good that my co-workers and I had all been called for a special reprimand meeting concerning how serious we were about our jobs. Although we were at the vending machinces conversing, it was our obnoxious outbursts and squeals that got special attention. The illustrations were great! We are professionals, but this book did that to us. Teresa Rae Butler has indeed captured a story within a trilogy that makes up for alot of bad urban lit. So many of our people's stories are characterized as just smut, but Butler has a world vision of peace that is undeniable. Her characters will make you sob, laugh to the point you may get fired from your position at a firm, or just make you lie awake at night thinking about your own short-comings. I truly cannot wait for Butler's next book, and I do admit that I tell people of it whenever I get the chance. It has become apart of my life now and if I had the galaxy at my disposal, I would give this book all of the stars in it, and then some! Bravo, Butler....Bravo!!!!!
