    The immanence of God

Many people, including myself, held the belief that God was out there some place and something/someone to both seek and fear. This book reinforced the belief that God can be found by looking inward and that we don't have to jump through all kind of hoops to be in relationship with God. God is found and revealed in humanity's observance of the Golden Rule.
