Haven't read it yet, but have met her

I got the chance to meet Christa Black in person a few years ago, and she told us about this book. She also has a song under this same title that everyone should listen to.

    Amazing

This book has helped me deal with all of my internal struggles around food, body image, control, and depression. Christa was able to give a voice to all of my feelings and emotions that I've never been able to do before.
