All Music Guide - Jared Johnson
It was a tribute to founder Louie Giglio's vision that he was able to capture the phenomenal energy and success of the Passion Conferences each year on a live disc. Closing God of This City are arguably the two strongest tracks, Redman's "Dancing Generation," and a stirring new recording of Tomlin's number one hit "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)." As Passion's legacy grew across the globe (18 dates were scheduled in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America in 2008), discs like this showed why few if any other lineups could bring together so many young believers with such power. Another feather in the cap of sixsteprecords' already decorated artist roster.
