    A bad excuse for magic

Of course, if you cross your fingers, and believe to Goddess that something happens..and what if it does? Naturally, you will believe that works right? And I thought that there were wonderful little charms like the such in here. I am a Wiccan myself..though I was greatly dissapointed to find love spells. A true Wiccan/Witch does not even consider to control another person's mind like that. I thought it provided a bad example, because you CAN'T get everything you want.

Goddess in My Pocket: Simple Spells, Charms, Potions, and Chants to Get Everything You Want

This book was very informative although it was small. It gave a lot of information and she used a lot of jokes. It was very good but some stuff i didnt understand probably because I am only 12. I dont really think it is for a beginner thats why i didnt really enjoy it as much, but buy it and you will find out! blessed be :)

    Inspiring

I am a new practitioner and found this book gave me the confidence to try my first spell. Guess what, it didn't hurt! And even better, it worked!! I am so excited about this book that I would recommend it to anyone new to the craft, no matter what branch you choose to follow. It's simple, fun reading and very encouraging.

    Good fun and good magick

I would disagree with the previous reviewer -- in that the author talks about non-manipulation at the outset of the book! what I really loved is the humor and puns. It reminded me that spirituality need not be drab and dry.
