Runners World has some of the best writing in the business, and some of its best articles are included here. Runners make for fascinating subjects, and this is a fine cross-section of topics that have more to do with the human condition than running. You'll want to get this collection even if the most running you do it when the "don't walk" light starts to blink at the corner.

I was really looking forward to reading this book but was disappointed when I did. I thought there would be more stories from "real" people, most stories involve 5:00 miles. Enjoyed Chicken Soup for the Soul: Runners much more.
