    more from this reviewer

Joe Cocker is a special slice of apple pie

From my rock and roll days and weekly concert outings, Cocker was one of the biggies. Style, quality of material and stage presence. This CD is so power packed and so to the point - all that I can say, is this: If you want to have a party or just have a solo party, you need this CD. Cocker has one of the richest voices there ever was. His renditions of songs become his songs. His songs are mega songs. This CD is super, duper, trooper funky. Among my favorites, 'Ain't it high time we went', 'The Letter', 'Cry me a River', 'Civilized Man', 'Unchain my Heart', just to name a few. My, my, my. Cain't get enough.
