    one-time employee

I know George personally. I worked for his school (Allied Business Schools) in Laguna Hills and must say that he is a very smart person. I suppose I should be bitter considering that he fired me, but this book is very insightful.

Excellent resource for any newbie to the foreclosure buying process

I really liked each of the case studies, both the good and bad ones. The author is not affraid to admit his mistakes, and offers them to you to learn from. This book is very thorough, and goes step by step in buying investment properties during the foreclosure process. I would highly recommend that you make this the first book you pick up if you are interested in getting into the game.
