The best women's golf book ever written

Sorry, but it is true. Most women's golf books are geared to the very beginner, answering questions such as how many clubs make up a set. This book (while embracing the beginner) actually deals with swing THEORY! Good, original, professional theory that can only be compared to the finest male teachers. Most women teaching professionals end up teaching beginning women and children. However, Ms. Horn has broken the barrier and deserves to be ranked with Leadbetter, Rich Smith etc. Not only is this a great book, her other book Power Golf for Women contains terminology and ideas that I have never heard before. Her originality, creativity and knowledge of the golf swing has broken the mold for women golf instructors. We have seen Annika play in a PGA event, maybe it's time for a female teaching instructor such as Ms. Horn to straighten out Tigers swing. If anyone could get the tiger back on track my moneys on her.

    EXcellent book

I received this book yesterday as a Christmas gift and have not been able to put it down. I can identify with every myth and can't wait to put the teachings to test. Very excited

    Golf Is a Woman's Game

This book is destined to be or may already be considered a classic. I was just watching a lesson from David Leadbetter on The Golf channel. It's amazing, the concept that he talked about was exactly what was written in this book which was published 5 years ago. This book was way ahead of its time. Read it and then watch the golf channel. You'll see golf instructors talk as if they have some new concept when in fact it was written in this book years before. And to think, it was written by a woman...I love it :>)

Anyone who plays should read this!

Excellent book. I added at least 10 yards and am much more relaxed on the course. I'm new to golf (been playing less than a year) and was intimidated when I played with male friends. This book gave me more confidence and faith that I will be a good golfer. I've recommended this book to all my golfing female friends as well as my husband!
