I enjoy soups and have wanted to try a wider variety. I found this book in the library and gave it a try. I made the squash and apple soup for the first time at Thanksgiving and it was excellent. I've made it twice since then with great results and rave reviews from guests. The recipes are clear and concise and I expect other selections to be as tasty and dependable. I am buying the book to add to my collection. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
