    Well written

I enjoyed reading this book. I plan to recommend it to my 16 year old niece. Well written from the teenager's point of voice, and addressed issues well.

This is suppossed to be a YA book but it is more for tweens. It is very juvenile.

This book is based on high school students. The characters are 12-19 years old. Primarily 9th grade foster children. It is classified as a YA book. The writting is very juvenile and it is more for tweens. Freshman are more mature in their thinking then the young people in this book. It is a free book and about 140 pages long. There are a few editing mistakes but not enough to distract from the story. There are quite a few unresolved issues in this book. Such as what happens to the foster children, the horses, the two senior girls, the children of one the characters and the stable owner. This is so aggravating. My 10 year old grand daughter enjoyed this book, my 15 year grand daughter said it was lame and the 17 year old said it was so stupid, she could not finish it. As for me, as an adult reader, there were too many loose ends and it was just too childish.
