    Read this Book!!

I read Drs. Castelli and Griffin's book out of both personal and professional interest. I am a pediatrician and also have high cholesterol. They have sounded the alarm on a tremendous public health crisis. Their advice on diet, nutrition and reduction of cardiac risk factors is practical and full of helpful suggestions. The book has a sense of humor and our family has tried and enjoyed many of the recipes in the book. I highly recommend this book.
