This book has so many recipes! And with REAL you-probably-already-have-them-on-hand ingredients! And pictures! And 5 Calorie Lemon Drop Cookies! With real sugar! These are my favorites. I'm so excited about this book! This is a great compliment to any weight loss program, but I will recommend "The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution." I have already lost 12 pounds since October of 2013 using it. I am really happy and you will be too.
Great cook book for recipies that are good for a diet. Tried some of the recipies and they were good.
The book has a great variety of recipes so you can find something for everyone. The Tandoori Chicken with Mango Chutney is delish!!!!
So far every recipe has been healthy & delicious and Family agrees!
I think this is a great book of recipes. the ones we have tried have excellent and tastes great. The recipes are easy to follow and done take a lot of time to prepare. All the ingredients are easy to find in the grocery store. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to eat better.
Had I seen this book on the shelf I would not have purchased or ordered. The pictures are lovely and it is good quality paper,but a cookbook I will not use as the recipes are more involved than I care to make.
