I wanted to be able to carry my nook on a trip and be able to count calories while I travel. I thought this Good Housekeeping Calorie Counter would be the trick. Everything is counted in grams. When you eat out, how do you count grams. I have been dieting long enough to tell 1 cup from 1/2 cup, but grams are not counted the same. When you look up crackers, 5 crackers are x amount calories. With this book, how many crackers are in 30 grams, who knows. This book has been no help at all. Wish I had never bought it.

Plainly states that this app gives you calorie count plus protein, fat and fiber for each food but after down loading NO fiber count which is why I paid money for the down load totally pissed off!!! Would give a zero star rating but at least it gives some thing for your money, but still very unhappy!
