Whether a brand new cook or an experienced cook looking to add healthier dishes to the menu, this Good Housekeeping cookbook is it. In typical Good Housekeeping fashion, in-depth explanations about grains are given, including a bit of history and "how to" use and/or cook the grains. Then come the recipes, by type of dishes, from breakfast to dessert. Many of the recipes include photos and/or cooking tips. Thank you, Good Housekeeping, for - once again - providing clear and practical (i.e. common ingredients and ease of preparation) yet tasty recipes, all to the benefit of our healths.
