Good 'ole American classics and some I'd never even heard of, this is one cookbook you don't want to be without. A few of my favorite recipes are apple turnovers, homemade pie crust, meatloaf surprise, stuffed mushrooms, and quite a few more. There are step-by-step directions and tips to perfecting each recipe. Pictures of a lot of recipes included. I'm no gourmet chef, but I'm not an amateur in the kitchen either. I believe this cookbook is one for all cooking levels and experiences.
