    Great read!!

This book is an excellent read for anyone who loves the civil war. I stumbled across it after reading 'Champ Ferguson: Confederate Guerrilla' and wow was it worth the wait!! Unlike most books on the civil war, this book reaches past the facts and maps, taking you into Ferguson's own experience. The author bases the book on facts, but the story is written in the first person persective with Champ describing his own story albeit from what the writer beleives Champ is thinking. A great read!!
