    fun learning book

    My two year old loves this book. She picks this book out every night to read. It gets your child involved with the story. One of pages (see photo to left) reads Mama chicken said, "Little chick needs to rest." "Snuggle down inside the nest." The nest has a pouch to tuck in the chick. The pages are all hard board. Attached at the top of the book are long ribbons with cutouts of each baby animal(pig, chick, lamb, dog and baby)attached to bottom of ribbon. The last page is a mother tucking child into bed "Be like the baby animals and go to bed". We have had our book for two years and it has held up well all the ribbons are still attached. This book we purchased for a gift.

    Great for babies!

    My 11-month-old daughter loves this book! It's a perfect starter or introductory book for babies. I started reading it to her when she was about 8 months old and it has been her favorite ever since. Very cute!

    Great book, you won't want to pass this one down to a friend!

    So cute, my daughter loved taking the animals from the barn (attached with ribbon) and putting them into their beds. "Mama pig said, 'It's bedtime again. Curl up little piglet, inside our pen.'" At the end you put the baby to bed with the mama. My daughter still loves this book and is almost 5, got it when she was 2.
    I would say I wouldn't just leave it out for your little one to play with, they could eaisly rip out up this book, (although it is made very sturdy and is a thick board book). I know I'll keep this one for her as long as she wants it, looks like it would be a classic!

    Great fun

    My sister bought this book for my daughter for Easter when she was three months (she is now eight months). She loves this book. She especially likes all the animals that you get to tuck into bed! Lots of fun!
