This app worked well for the first few days. I can't remember if I had installed this before the 1.4.1 update for my Nook Color or after, but all I know is it no longer works. Launching the app shows the flash screen saying "goodreads" and then the screen slides away to the left and I'm left with an all-black screen. Even after waiting for a considerable amount of time, the app never gets past this point. If anyone ever reads these reviews, someone please fix this!

If you're having trouble with this app since the 1.4 update,delete it and reinstall. It's annoying to have to do that, but it worked for me.

This is a good way to keep track of the books I've read and the ones that I would like to read. The ranking of books also helps me remember whichnons I enjoyed enough to go beck and re-read.

On my nook color it opens and sits at a black screen. fortunately it is free, not worth that even. Don't waste your time.

This is ok for updating reading statuses and having "to read" shelves to refer to when looking for the next thing you're gonna read on your Nook. The android app is soooooooo much better on a phone because you can wander stores, scan book barcodes, and add books to your to read lists in no time. Also check out the regular website.

This app is wonderful on my Android phone, but I am having the same problem as others with My Books just kicking me back to the home screen. I use My Books to decide what I want to purchase, and if this app is fixed on my Nook I will be more likely to buy my books through it.

I purchased the GR app early on, and after ironing out a few wrinkles, it worked fine. I too wish it automatically kept track of my reading progress on Nook books.
Now, after installing the most recent update for my NC, suddenly GR doesnn't wannt to open. What gives?!

This is a fantastic app to keep track of the books you have read or want to read. Easy to search for books and it is social so you can get comments from friends and other readers. I love it!

I don't know why it's listing that you can scan barcodes and add books to your list. You can't scan anything with the Nook as there's no camera. They should at least remove that claim, even if it is a free app.

Every time i select 'my books' it takes me back to my home screen and i have to start over. Very frustrating. This is my first experience with Good Reads and it isn't a very good one. Unfortunate because it seems like it has the potential to be a very useful app. Please fix this bug!

I've had some problems with this app...it's crashed numerous times and I've had to delete and re-install the app more than once. Despite the technical difficulties, I love having this app on my Nook. Great to search books/reviews and connect with other readers for new book ideas/recommendations.

I HATEE this tool- I ended up using my web on the nook going on goodreads websites - I FORGOT ALLL about this app- I feel I dont need it anymore!
