Overview

Be your own comedy writer! From the creators of the Original Mad Libs®, Goofy Mad Libs® will help keep you in touch with the funny side of life.

The idea is simple. Someone asks for a part of speech: a verb, a noun, an adjective, or an adverb. We've included definitions and examples of the parts of speech in case you've forgotten. Players call out their ideas to fill in the blanks and in the end, you have a story reeling from one silly sentence to another until nothing makes sense. That's what you call a Mad Lib®, the world's greatest word game. Players have been howling with friends or laughing all to themselves for over 35 years!

I keep one of these in my car. Whenever I have grandchildren along, they reach for it to keep them entertained. Fun!!!

I purchased Mad Libs as an add-on gift for my children for the holidays. They love to create their own stories and it's easy for them to bring them in the car on trips. I like Mad Libs because they spark their creativity and teach them the elements of the English language (ie. adverbs, pronouns, adjectives).

We used this at a sleepover and it kept us laughing all night! It was good to take on vacation with us. "A visit to the zoo" and "Contest" were the best! We also enjoyed "History of a Famous Invention"!
