Robin stared terrorized. Then, she jumped. The rushing wind blew past her whiskers, whipping her ears. She sa the grey flailig shape of Vexy. She approched her, grasping her and turning over so only robin would feel impact on the ground. "Let me live!" She prayed, not assesed to a particular belief, and an impact that felt like rhinos trampling her sent dizzying pain and darkness throughout her. ~•~ "What brave kit she was..." sobbed an owl. Everything was still dark. But she was wide awake. "She saved my life!" Cried vexy, who barely escaped with a scratch. She tried opening her eyes, but a pain greater than a thousand needles in her head thundered her senses. She felt a quick rush of blood flooding her mouth. She opened her mouth to let the liquid ooze out, but a rusty smellig owl poured cold crisp water into her mouth. She was lying on a soft nest of swan feathers and peach skin fuzzes. The crowd of owls gasped. "Shes alive!" Exclaimed Madame, feathers poofing up everywhere. She felt a painful ache throughout herself. It dragged her eyes down back into sleep. "NOOO!" the voice screeched in her head. She was back in the river, water rushing ove her ears, the darkness, the pain. She struggled, a rock quickly encountering her. She slamed into it, and went K.O. and washed up on te beach. Sohow she was kind of watching herself, like a movie. But then the dream d
faded back into the nest filled with herb-scent."m-ma..." she shuddered. "Hurtsss..." se whispered. A warm liquid with lumps was poured into her mputh, and a dreamless sleep came over her.
