Google SketchUp is amazingly powerful, easy to use and free. This book, written by someone on the Google Sketchup Team is at the same time both authoratative and easy to understand and fun to read. Aidan Chopra has a great sense of humor and is happy to poke fun at himself in explaining how he uses SketchUp and how you can use it.
