Meet the Author

Walsh was born in a coal mining town in Pennsylvania. He served in the Coast Guard on a Loran Station in the Pacific during the Viet Nam War. It was while on isolated duty that reading and writing became an important part of his life. Walsh is married and has three grown children and two grandchildren.
