The book has three diet plans-light green, bright green and deep green- that depend on how much time, travel, and money readers want to commit to going green. I LOVE THIS BOOK! I joke with my husband that it is my bible. So much information, and so useful. The diet is easy to follow, but if the diet isn't your thing the book is packed full of "becoming green" ideas. This has been the best book purchase in a long time.
