Other books just give the owner's manual instructions on how to brew coffee, this book goes deeper! I learned a simple little trick that made my homemade espressos go from being bitter and weak to being sweet with perfect crema on top! My espresso turned out like the ones on the cover, using only a $70.00 espresso machine! I recommend this book even to people that work in coffee shops! Better espresso has never been easier. Also, it cleared up a lot of misunderstandings like French Roast is not from France! Easy to read, not long winded, nice illustrations, too! The instructions were easy to follow with the step-by-step illustrations. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
