There is no question about it, this is by far the best gluten free cupcake book there is. Nobody in the room will have any concept that the dessert is gluten free either but mind you these cupcakes are way beyond anything your grandmother ever made. The cupcake on the cover is called Raspberry Mountain and as complicated as it looks you can do it - and it tastes amazing! All recipes are broken down into simple steps so that anyone can create them and I also felt that I learned allot by reading the techniques. Most cookbooks are just recipes but this one talks to you like you are personally being guided through everything. How to choose your vanilla, which spoon to use, everything is in here. It's really more like a course because you will learn so many things and as far as the cupcakes go they really are quite amazing.
