Gourmet's Vinaigrettes and Salads Cookbook: Superb Nouvelle Salads and Vinaigrettes for Lunch and Dinner

This book truly is amazing in every sense of the word. The recipes are compiled and easy to read without the worry of not knowing what to do. The author has truly outdone himself by placing the vinaigrette on the left page while he has comprised a salad to go with the vinaigrette listed on the right page. The book is an easy read and is not as complexed as those 300-500 pages cookbooks are. Even those who are afraid to venture into a kitchen will love this book. Chef Huffman should be proud of this accomplishment of putting such a fine cookbook together.

Gourmet's Vinaigrettes and Salads Cookbook: Superb Nouvelle Salads and Vinaigrettes for Lunch and Dinner

I love this book. It is so easy to read and help the inexperienced chefs make a great meal for their families. Also, Chef Huffman's vinaigrettes and salads are organized in a timely fashion.
