    Good but needs work

This game is very fun and addictive, but it seriosly needs updated!!! First, when ur playing the poker game u should be abl to tap the player and it should show their current stats like in the other versios of the game. How ar u supposed to know whos who durin the game because u dont know which person has how many chips! Second, it is kind of annoying that u hav to tap directly on the people when ur trying to get in a game. Its just a little difficult moving around. I just think it should be more like the ipod and computer version because those ar much better! It is still a great awesom game!

Could be a little better with a few added improvements

I have this game on my computer and love it. When I bought it for my Nook, I found it very difficult to touch on the place I wanted to play. Even touching the menu button took some work. Also, it would be nice to know what amount of money the other players have. I tried clicking on the players hat ( like in the pc version) but nothing showed up.

    Kind of good

Husband wanted holdem poker so thought we would try. Have figured out how to get around money limits-just go to next day until u have enough. Really hard to win in games. Guess i am not enough of gambler or too much. Okay to play for a while but winnings hard earned can disappear quick. Maybe it is realistic

    Great app

I cannot put my tablet down this is one of the best apps I have ever played. Even though you are not playing against "live" players it is very easy to forget they are computers. Playing a hand goes pretty quick even if you fold and have to wait on other players to finish. Please continue to make more states even if they are in their own app I would purchase everyone of them.

Fun, easy game but slower than PC version.

Previous reviewers almost had me pass this game up with complaints about not being able to tell how many chips each player has or even how to exit the game. I bought it any way because I like the PC version and wanted a "mobile" poker game on my Nook without spending a lot of money. Well, it was obvious that those reviewers had not aquainted themselves with the MENU button. Tap MENU to see all the optons, tap Overview to see the stats, scroll down and tap QUIT to exit the game. Very simple to play, and worth the $2. Dont expect a high quality game or even decent graphics, its lacking in "high tech".

    Bad game

This is not like the pc version. The game does not stop the other players feom endlessly betting even after everyone has calleda couple of times. It is supposed to be finite. No way to move to next deal after folding. You have to sit through the rest of the hand.

    Sorry I wasted the $2.

    Software problems

I had 3-10's and lost the game (all in) to 3-9's. Definite bugs in the software.

    Loser

This is my 3rd review. I like the concept and enjoy most of the game but after noting several reviews complaining of losing while holding the winning hand I started watching closer I just lost an hour long cash game to two pair while I held 3 of a kind. Very frustrating. I hope they fix it.

    Terrible!

Every single time i go all in on a hand, it never fails that I lose to another character, regardless of their hand. If this was fixed i would easily give this game 5 stars.

Playing Texas Hold'Em on the Nook

The game's ok. I play about once a week, when I have the time. You only get to see the hat's the character and other players are wearing. It looks like their are two types of games. The friendly game that you can leave at any time and the tounamate that could take some time to play. All in all, I enjoy it.

    Fun Game

Great game until you finish all the towns. Then it gets boring. So I just start over. Hours of entertainment.

    Love this game!

Only problems I have is they should move the "fold" and "check" buttons away from each other. Also hard to get player to walk without hitting a house button.
