Grace is a wedding planner. Little did she know she would be working on the wedding for the girl who was so mean to her in high school. As an added bonus, the wedding will be held at the plantation of her high school crush...he crushed her heart.

This was an enjoyable read. Interesting how we grow up and still hold on to the scars and hurts of our formative years. How we deal with them, how we forgive and move on makes a difference in how we life our lives.

I really had a hard time getting into this story. The characters were cute, but I felt that there was something missing and I can't really put my finger on it. I received an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Gracie Lee Duggins left Bellefleur after the death of her father

Gracie Lee Duggins left Bellefleur after the death of her father. She never wanted to come back. The pain of her time in high school has haunted her for years. Now she is back as Grace Henson and working with Beau Vaughn. She had a crush on him in high school and he rejected her. Now he is interested. Can she get forgive the past? I enjoyed this romantic novella. Grace has become a strong, confident woman who is more than a match for Beau. They are a very sensual couple. I liked that Honey Moreau's wedding is the backdrop for this and other Entangled novellas. It's such a fun concept.

    SHORT STORY

This is not a book, it is a short story. 45 pages. It seemed like there were a few chapters missing. It could have been a good book, hence the 3 stars.

Back story was that they went to high school together several years prior. They meet one day (through work), have sex that night, the next day they decide to date. The end.

I think sometimes books are just supposed to be fun. This was on

I think sometimes books are just supposed to be fun. This was one of those really fun reads. Grace left town after High School vowing not to return - but of course something drags her back to confront all her teenage demons. One of those is Beau - a crush that broke her heart.

With lots of apologies for silly mistakes and misunderstood words all around (not just from our two leads either), this was the perfect beginning to a wedding story, even if the characters aren't actually "in" the wedding. And I can't help but love a man that cooks.
