Overview

Most of Graffiti is a natural progression for Chris Brown. Like many young cred-seeking male singers who have just exited their teenage years, Brown emphasizes womanizing and hedonism and balances it out with a couple clean and empty ballads, as well as a couple relatively lighthearted Europop numbers. A handful of songs deal with his relationship with Rihanna, as well as the fallout from his assault of her. [The Deluxe Edition of the album adds a bonus disc containing six extra songs.]

Editorial Reviews

Entertainment Weekly - Leah Greenblatt
With his actions this year, Chris Brown strapped cement boots on the zero-gravity pleasures pop music is meant to provide. Graffiti won't magically fix that, but at its best moments, it still floats. [B-]

This CD is AMAZING! Chris Brown really did his thing on this CD. He has tracks that everyone can relate to. I think this CD shows alot of vocal growth and maturity. I waited in anticipation for this CD to come out and it was worth the wait. I am very proud of him and his progress. I would HIGHLY recommend this cd to EVERYONE!
