This is the best book I've found for explaining the way to build a matlab gui. Graphical user interfaces are complicated pieces of software. This book is really the ONLY book I've found which gives an in depth description of the topic. 9 out of the 10 chapters talk about graphics, which is nice, but the last chapter (10) shows how to build guis using the 'guide' tool as well as from the ground up using user interface tools. It covers building slider bars (sometimes pretty ticky) all the way to controling mouse action behaviour. This book is a treasure! If you want to build guis, this book is for you. The book assumes that you are already a Matlab user.
