Best Book I've read on general Web Design

This is not an in depth Web Design book nor do I think it was ment to be, but for a beginng to intermediate users guide it is excellent. The book is full of tips for the novice user and a great refresher for the more experienced designers. It not only covers Web Design issues but basic Graphic Design issues applicable in any media. Clear and consise desciptions of not only what you should do or not do but why you should do it or not do it. Great examples of graphic elements, and listings of web sites that you can look at for good and bad web designs. The writing style is easy to understand and follow. I would recommend this book to anyone other than the very advanced web designer (and a few of them after seeing some of their web sites.)
