I received this book as a gift. It sat in my bookshelf for a while, as I was busy. However, now that I have read the book, I have purchased a copy for 4 friends and family members. It is a must for your collection if you wish to improve the quality of your daily life. Anything by Louise Hay is wonderful, as is the You can heal your life video.

Seems like a collection of essays from wealthy privileged people, rather than a how-to book for increasing gratitude in our lives. A better book for this is Sarah Ban Breathnach's Simple Abundance.
