    Greatest Book on General Relativity

    This is one of the revolutioary books concerning General Relativity. Uses new theories that were made within the last 20 years.

    A must-have treatise!

    This is probably the single best graduate textbook on general relativity. It is truly massive and the problems are both challanging and exciting. The only hurdle for this book is that the authors do not really master the GLOBAL METHODS which is of great importance in understanding black holes. I recommend this book to be read side-by-side with Hawking's THE LARGE-SCALE STRUCTURE OF SPACETIME.
