    Fun to read with wonderful Italian nieghborhood and family stories that serve as backdrop for dozens of wonderful Italian family recipes.

    Insightful and fun stories about families and freinds in the close knit community of South Philly and the migration of some to the suburbs, while interspersing some history and several dozen wonderful home recipes. A must read for anyone who has ever spent time in or around South Philly..... And, a great cook book to have in your kitchen.
