    Great British Cooking

    Finally I have found someone who knows the proper way to make yorkshire pudding (pouring the batter into the roasting pan). Also check out the recipes for Toad-in-the Hole, Pork Pie and Crumpets! The best and only British cookbook I will ever need!

    Brit Expats Swoon Over GBC

    My husband and work building manager (both expats) give this book two thumbs up! Not only for the Classic dishes included but for the lack of 'translation' needed in cooking them here.

    Best British cooking book around

    This book has the best recipes around for British cooking. They are easy to follow and quite yummy. Try the Guiness Beef Stew with some mashed potatoes and you'll be in Heaven.
