I got this book as a gift from a friend. I believe he found out about it from hiring a recruting company. We both own businesses, medium size, 100 employees or so. It is quite interesting to read in this guy's style. He is really strait forward, but gives the metaphores to think about. Very useful information, and practical. It is difficult to think that when hiring sales people you are investing in your entire company's exitence, but it is true. Without the sales, there is no company. So reading this book definitely helped me get a perspective on the impotance of salepeople, and more than anything it teaches one how to find the good ones. Get a hold of the tigers. A must have for any business owner.
