Greatest Ever! Pop: The Definitive Collection

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Steve Leggett
This three-disc, 60-track budget box truly does have some of the greatest pop songs ever released. It has Marvin Gaye's "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," for instance, always wonderfully ominous no matter how many times one hears it, but this set also has Rose Royce's "Car Wash" and the Archies' "Sugar Sugar," which, for all their charms, aren't going to be at the top of most folks' must-have essential pop singles list. This set is what it is, a British-centric and rather random but still enjoyable collection of jukebox hits, perfect for a long Sunday's drive.
