    Salad lovers rejoice!

    Great mix of ideas whether you simply enjoy salads or are looking to improve your diet with healthier alternatives. All of these make wonderful main meals and a smaller version along with soup would make my day! A bottle of wine and crusty sourdough bread, and fresh berries would be a simply sensational picnic idea. Easy to make, healthy salads even kids love. Something for everyone from everywhere in the world.

    Great Salads

    I was skeptical at first when purchasing this book. But what a great bargain. Every salad recipe I have followed has been easy to make & a treat to eat. The dressings are tasty. Some recipes sound unusual but turn out very good. I highly recommend for salad lovers.

    Good Book

    Found the book to pretty informative. I have tried only a few of the recipes. They came out well. Most of them were easy to prepare and were quick. No nutrition information for each recipe is provided.

    I love my salads!!

    I love to make salads for healthy living, but it can sometimes get boring doing the same ole' thing. I love this book and the wonderful recipes in it. Some are very easy to do while others may call for a few of the not so common pantry items.
