Queen's greatest-hits collections have contained different track listings throughout the world. In the band's native England they scored more hits than anywhere else, hence their compilations are usually more extensive. When Hollywood Records purchased the U.S. Queen catalog in the early '90s, the label reissued the long out of print Greatest Hits album basing the track listing on the 1981 British album of the same name but with a few changes, and released a companion album entitled Classic Queen. Sensing that Queen completists in the U.S. would want both British-only releases for their collection, Hollywood released the two-CD Greatest Hits, Vols. 1 & 2 in 1995. Most of the tracks are available on the U.S. versions, but Greatest Hits, Vol. 2 is the only compilation that includes such tracks as "Innuendo," "Breakthru," "It's a Hard Life," "The Invisible Man," and "Friends Will Be Friends." The set also comes with a special 40-page booklet.

    Queen Greatest Hits

    Fantastic get up and go CD with some songs that I didn't know they sang. Love turning up the music when driving in the car - Well done CD.

    The Perfect Collection of Queen

    This compilation of Queen hits is without a doubt the best. Both CDs are amazing but I highly reccomend listening to the first CD. It has the Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, and more. Any Queen fan NEEDS to pick up this album. Any fan of rock music in general should pick this up.

    Awesome

    Good grief. This album is fantastic. It deserves just as much credit as it has been given...AND MORE. I definitely recommend it whether you're already a Queen fan or just starting out. Freddie Mercury is amazing as ever. May he rest in peace.

    Excellent

    Everyone emphasizes the classic hits that everyone knows we will rock you bohemian rhapsody etc. Not only does it have those great hits but just about every other song on there is great and you will most likely enjoy them wish i could give it 10 stars!

    Terrific

    Every time i hear Freddie Mercury's voice on Bohemian Rhapsody and many other songs on this cd i get goosebumps. They were great and this cd shows it.

    This has all the best Queen hits!

    This cd has all the best songs including Another One Bites the Dust, We Will Rock You, and Bohemian Raphsody. Momma mia momma mia you have to buy this cd!

    a must buy for any rock fan :^}

    This is as good as it gets on old everlasting hits. If there is a sports fan in your life , he or she will enjoy the simplicity of " We will rock you", and "we are the champions". if there is a die-hard 80's fan they will enjoy "bohemian rhapsody" and "under pressure" (which vanilla ice so totally stoled the beat for in one of his awful songs). Ultimately , buy it and love it, b/c it will send good rock vibes

    The greatest are here!

    This puts together the UK lineups of the two volumes together for the first time in the US. All the good songs are included. In some other countries, all three volumes are sold together as ''The Platinum Collection''.
