Too many typos and out of place words. Looks like it was made by a child. I could barely get through every story!!!

I read ancient library copies of these fairy books to all 4 of my children from the time they were very young.  All of them (boys and girls alike) adored the stories.  I have looked many times over the years for nice hardbound copies that included the same illustrations from the earlier books, to no avail.  Finally as my children are beginning to get married off, I run across these.  I bought the first 2 (blue & red) immediately for my oldest daughter, and pre-ordered the 2nd two (green & yellow), which I have now received.  She was thrilled with them.  I also plan to order a set for my own house to keep at home for all the many lovely grandchildren I hope to have.   These books spurred what is becoming a lifetime love of reading in each of my kids, as well as a fertile imagination.  Nothing works so well as a volume of lovely fairy stories for that, I have found.  I plan to order each book as it becomes available.  Hopefully, people will keep buying these and support the efforts of Hesperus Press to do justice to these books, so they can continue publishing them.  I'd love to have the whole, wonderful set!

I like the stories, they are different from most of the more common fairy tales we usually read. The big problem is the terrible spelling. At times I feel as if I'm writing the stories, trying to guess what some of the words are supposed to be.
