The first part of the book contains useful information about Green nutrition. I learned many new things. For example, I learned some interesting approaches to maximize the absorption of Greens. Drinking a Green smoothie will do you no good, if it's not properly absorbed. The author gives practical tips how to gain maximum value. There are also lots of green smoothie recipe ideas in the back. It was well worth the investment.

My husband picked up this book. He is always interested in new ways to inprove the nutritional content of our diets. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised to find the recipes in this book really very tastey! We absolutely love it and recommend it to our friends and family. In fact, my brother in law now uses these recipes regularly.

I greatly enjoyed this book. Can't say I've used any of the recipes, but they are an excellent jumping-off point from which to discover exactly what you like and for developing your own favorites. I read this after reading Victoria's equally inspiring 12 STEPS TO RAW FOODS and GREEN FOR LIFE, and this was the first one I purchased despite reading each of her other books twice.

I found it to be basic information - this book was over priced.
