If it was possible to wear this CD out by overuse, it would be gone by now. I have found this to be the absolutely best recording of Gregorian chant in my experience. The use of both male and female voices is especially surprising and unique. This recording is the essense of sacred meditation- it transports you to a higher place almost immediately. The book included with this CD is a beautiful, jewel-like little treasure. It is far more than 'liner notes', since it consists of a brief history of monasticism and chant, with marvelous historical illustrations- most in brilliant color. A perfect gift set for those who appreciate sacred music.
