    This is an amazing book for anyone to read if they have been through a loss. This book has personally helped me and I really enjoyed the tips that they gave. They got me through a really tough time. The best thing about this book though has to be the activities that they give you to help the healing process. It also mad the reader take a proactive approach to towards their healing and kept them on a positive track. I would recommend this book to anyone who has been through the pain of a loss in their lives.

    An absolute must-read for everybody who has ever experienced grief.  Finally, the state of mourning
     is legitimized; we can stop feeling ashamed  about the enormous pain of our loss.

    When  I realized I had no choice but to allow my beloved rabbit to be put 'to sleep', my own suffering
    was just beginning.    Looking back, there would have been much less drama if I had been able to
     read this 'grieving guide' during the following year.

    The book “Grief Healing Techniques: Step By Step Support for Working Through Grief and Loss”, was a great read. This book opened up my understanding more to some of the things that I was and was not aware of. It gave me a greater understanding for coping with grief and the various techniques and actions that can be taken to assist in the healing process after experiencing grief and loss in my life.

    This is the sort of book to give anyone who has been confronted by a death -- it would be a helpful and thoughtful gesture if you know someone who, a few weeks or months after the event, is still suffering badly and needs a wise, well-written book on the subject. It is full of tips and written in a reassuring, mature writing style.

    This is a good book for those that want some sound advice on dealing with the grief process. It offered practical advice that anyone can follow, and I found that the journaling, creative approaches for dealing with grief and the 14 day activity plan were extremely helpful as I’m the type that prefers to process things on my own. I highly recommend this book for those seeking a way to come to terms with grief.

    For people who want to try a self-directed approach to healing from grief, “Grief Healing Techniques” provides some good advice. Instead of insisting that the griever seek professional help, the author of this book offers ways that the griever can confront and overcome the pain on his or her own terms. For example, the author suggests meditating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle as ways to remain present and not allow grief to consume the griever’s life. Because of these relatively simple and generally useful techniques, this book may also appeal to readers who are dealing with general changes in their lives.

    Solid resource to help those who aren’t coping well with loss. Grief is more impactive than most want to discuss and can be debilitating.  It hits us physically and emotionally. Grief Healing Techniques doesn’t invent new strategies but rather provides an organized approach to loss that is practical and achievable.  Guidance is direct and explanations are clear. Counselors would find this a helpful resource for their patients.

    If you’re currently suffering a big loss of some sort, this book would be a great way to help you cope. It’s smartly written by without being “academic” or dry in its style. It also avoids much of the highly theatrical nonsense common in self-help books. Well done.

    This is a very good and easy to implement guide to help people who have lost something or someone close to the. It gives day to day steps to take to get back to normal, and what to expect from yourself and your friends when grief hits you. He explains how we all are different emotionally and the healing process will be different for everyone, as will the time frame,, and this guide will expedite the process

    I love that this book is broken up into easy-to-read, manageable sections. The author recognizes that people are all different and that a one-size fits all approach does not work for everyone. It gives you helpful advice on how to, first, recognize the signs of grief and go about starting the healing process.

    Grief Healing Techniques offers sound advice on how to reconcile and deal with a great loss in life.  It explains in detail the symptoms often experienced and how to deal with them.  You'll learn that there's no magic amount of time required to overcome the grieving process and that seeking counseling is not a sign of weakness.  All in all, this is a great read and provides very useful advice on how to take back control of your life after a devastating life event.  Very recommended.

    As a person that usually reads fiction, switching from “creative” literature to “informative” literature was somewhat difficult. Thankfully, this book came at a time in my life. 

    Knowing that loss comes in many different forms; this book is helpful to point out that healing from any loss is one of personal journey. As a whole we all will grieve differently, and that’s normal. 

    I recommend this book to anyone that has experienced loss.

    I’d recommend this book to anyone going through a tough time.  It can take an awful lot of time dealing with a loss or overcoming tough adversity, but this book breaks it down simply into nice, easy to read chapters on how to move on.  Chapter 7 was a highlight for me, which centered on remembering the past, but not letting it keep you down for the count.  I received this book for free, but absolutely recommend it to those looking for some easy guidance in a tough time.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is dealing with any kind of grief if you are looking for specific and real ways to manage your grief.
