About the Author

Jacob Ludwig Carl Grimm was born on 4 January 1785. He was thirteen months older than his brother, Wilhelm Carl Grimm, who was born on. 24 February 1786. Together they collected folk tales, and released them in numerous volumes. Their dark tales have been enjoyed by millions the world over.
