Unfortunately, this book suffers from the B&N column lock down

B&N does not ship the eBook in a format that allows the number of columns to be modified; thus, you are stuck reading code examples in 3 column mode, making the code snippets difficult to read. Unlike O'Reilly, who overcomes this obstacle by offering a $4.99 upgrade for friendlier eBook formats, Apress does does not offer this solution to their customers.
